Shipping Policy

We want your Hince beauty products to reach you quickly and safely. Please read the information below before placing your order.

 

1.  Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase and a separate dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2.  Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are outside India and wish to place an order, please write to us at hinceindia@gmail.com.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.  Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping above a specified order value; please check the website or active promotions for current thresholds.

5.  Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number on the respective courier's website to track your shipment in real time.

6.  Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7.  Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the package and product immediately upon receipt and contact us at hinceindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

8.  Do Not Accept Tampered or Damaged Packages

 

IMPORTANT: If the outer packaging of your order appears visibly damaged, tampered with, torn, or unsealed at the time of delivery, please DO NOT accept the package. Kindly refuse the delivery on the spot and notify us immediately at hinceindia@gmail.com with details of the incident. Accepting a visibly compromised package may affect your ability to raise a claim.

 

9.  Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is mandatory to support any claim related to a damaged, missing, or wrong product received.

The video must meet the following requirements:

        Recording must begin before the package is opened, clearly showing the sealed outer packaging from all sides.

        The video must be continuous and unedited — no cuts, pauses, or breaks from start to finish.

        It must clearly capture the full unboxing process, all items inside, and any damage or discrepancy noticed.

        The video must be shared with us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Claims raised without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for resolution, regardless of the nature of the complaint. This requirement helps us investigate and act swiftly on your behalf.
